There are days when the best of plans are derailed. It has been a long week with some long work hours for both of us. As I was headed home tonight, the last thing I wanted to do was make the turkey stir-fry lettuce wraps that were on the weekly menu plan that is hanging on the fridge. As I was thinking that, Mike called and said he was really tired and could we just get Hot Stuff? I wept with joy and took the easy way out and ordered take out. There will be no further blogging today because I am going to be enjoying my evening out of the kitchen snuggled in my chair with Mike and the puppies and watch Glee.
